Charles And Keith — Issue with customer care

I bought a shoe from Charles and Keith, New Delhi and it was an expensive shoe. My shoe got damaged in just 2 weeks and I had worn the shoe only twice or thrice. I gave them the shoe for exchanging and its almost a month and I have not got back the shoe replaced. They have a really bad customer care service.

I bought a pair of shoes that I saw featured in the Sunday Times magazine. They didn't fit so I returned them in December 2019. I am still waiting for my refund, despite sending them several emails asking for it. They respond, but do not return my money. I call this illegal.
