Charles — not getting water, continuous water problem past 1 year

We are continuously facing water problem every day, the main issue is we don't know whose and where to complaint. Complaint is lodged many times to the ranjhi water supplier.

Address: 3140/2 behind st gabriel school, ekta vihar, ranjhi, jabalpur near bharaat ghar.

1 past one year very less water supply
2. The pipes are broken no one has ever done a check on the pipes last week broken pipes was fixed by getting private person by one of the local person here
3. No force in water level,
4. We get water only for 1 hour with less force.
6 alll water tax is already paid about 2500 plus

We do not have boring and have to depend on the common supply.

Most of the members are senior and mostly are facing serious health issues. They cannot run about checking for water supply and complaints.
Past 2 weeks we did not get enough water. Children had to skip schools

Please help...
It is kindly requested to look into the same and help at the earliest.
