Charnock Hospital, Kolkata — no display of check in and out time... putting the patient through mental agony

I have received mail regarding the discharge of my patient and the final settlement data in my mail... But this bloody hospital is not releasing the patient as the network of the hospital is down and my patient has to wait till they receive the mail. Why cant they release the patient by taking a copy of my mail.

Second they wrongly taking bed charges as no check in out time is displayed...
