Having worst experience with charu bus travels. Hell journey.
I booked my journey from kota to udaipur on 13 oct morning 5:50 am.
Specially booked morning 6.00 o clock bus service from charu travels online. The reason was to reach at right time on my job. But in spite of departure at 05.50 am it departure at 6.25 am. No water facility no wifi; no charging sockets were working. Complaint twice in central office but no action...
