Dear sir/mam,
Today i submitted my b.Sc. 1st year exam form i almost completed my exam form but when i go for payment choose debit card payment and i filled all required details and click on payment but payment was not completed due to some technical error.
I am trying again to fill form but when i filled my details and click on "save & proceed for payment" it shows form not submitted because of 0.
I did not understand what is it mean.

Yesterday i submitted a complaint about this but i did not received any solution.
Today i am trying to fill exam form again but that shows "unable to save form because of 0". What does it mean?
Before it i tried to fill form 1st time it had filled and saved but payment was not completed due to some technical error.
So please sir tell me what should i do to fill form as soon as possible because last date to fill form has no far. Give me a quick solution and help me sir.

I am MSc Statistics 2nd year students. I failed to fill my examination form during lockdown peroid and my marksheet is detained due to this I am not able to take admission in next year. Please help me.

maine phichhli saal 2020 me 2nd year ke exam diye usme meri Physics me back lag gyi thi ab mera na to back ka form fill ho raha na hi bsc 3rd year ka kripya meri madad karen
