I want to remove sociology to hindi.

I have registered in ccs univ.portal for B.A group but now i want to change it with B.P.E.S..It was a big mistake due to misunderstanding.First merit list has shown my name for admission in B.A.

In my exam form, I chose Environment Education (503) and I don’t know how it is visible as Life Style Management (506) in both exam form and admit card .
Please provide me with a solution for this.
I need to change my subject from Life style Management to Environmental Education.
Please change my subject from Lifestyle Management to Environmental Education so that I can calmly appear for my exams .
I hope you will accept my request and solve my problem.
