Cheapticket.in / Airtickets India — cancelled my flight wrongly and did not send any cancellation message or mail

The website is run by complete frauds.
No processes or systems in place and finally no ownership of actions.

I was left stranded at the airport since my flight was wrongly cancelled, in place of someone else's pnr (By some stupid customer care person).
I did not get any sms or mail for this.

Later they count tell me the exact reason as to how they cancelled my ticket.
Did not accept or pay for any damages / inconvenience to the customer.
