Cheapticket.in / Airtickets India — flight refund

I just paid for the flight from delhi to hyderabad from ixigo app for the day december 15th air india airlines at 9:15pm and paid through bhim app via vpa number and for the deal from cheapticket airlines and the payment was successful and amount was debited from my account but i didn’t get any confirmation of the ticket nor the ticket pass, i dont know what wrong happened in the following process and
Please look in to the issue and resolve it as soon as possible
