[Resolved] Cheapticket.in / Airtickets India — money deducted, didn't get ticket | |||||
I booked my ticket with cheapticket.in with booking id[protected]. I have received an email asking me to pay another inr 1454. I refused to pay, dropped an email and call them up. When i call customer care noone picks up. Another contact mobile is switched off. No response for email. My ticket status is still showing as pending. Jan 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I sent the additional amount and I received the e-ticket. But the customer service was non-existent and it was a pretty nervous experience, so I would not book again with cheaptickets.in CheapTicket.in / AirTickets India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
