I tried booking a flight from phnom penh to bangkok for 2 people. Original fare shown was 8700, once i paid i was later sent a mail asking for a fare difference of rs 4592. Although the same price flight is still available on the kayak website. The this is clear case of defrauding the customer. I’m not getting any response from the customer care as well.
Kindly get the issue resolved.

Ticket booked via Ixigo and cancelled by cheap ticket on 3rd Sepetember.

They sent a payment gateway asking to pay 1000 more reason- fare difference.
After sometime they themselves cancel my ticket and told they will refund in 5 working days.
Its been more than that and I am still waiting for the refund.
