Chengalpattu Municipality — taxes increased & sewerage charges without prior notification

This is absolutely unfair this municipality increased the property tax 100%. When we request them to revise they denied. In last 10yrs no improvements this municipality has not done any improvements.
Now they started sewage charges newly Rs.600 annually when they have not done anything.
This looks like dictatorship not listening to civilians.
We request muncipality to revise the taxes & on what strategy when have increased the property & sewage tax.
