Chennai Airport — delay in baggage collection at domestic terminal

For the past 6 months i have experienced more than 20 mins of wait time for baggage collection. There is no proper baggage status update and all the flights luggage are put in the same belt. Is there any specific reason to load all the luggages of 4 different flights at the same time in one belt when the other 3 remain unused. It creates a lot of inconvenience for passengers after a long travel

The text of the author is a complaint at his own acts as
- no date/time/plac eof the events,
- no e-ticket
- no BAG TAG
- no DAMAGED report, which had to be issued by agent of air carrier following the cistomers complaint at the airport,
attached.

Nobody has a duty to reply on such types of the complaint.

If you expereinced the material loss and wan the compensation due to a delay,
you need to collect the related documents and to hire the legal professional for charge.
