Online water booking site of metro water is a failure for booking 9k and 12k litres of water. I have miserably failed in my attempt to book online water booking and wasted my time for more than one hour on waiting to get payment gateway of the site and it closes withing 30 minutes with the remark booking over for the day. Public do not have any other option to book water for 9k and 12 k litres except through this site. No action taken for any complaint on this by metrowater dept.
