[Resolved]  Chennai Police — Airtel Broadband new connection - Installation not done yet

Hello Sir, I have requested for a new broadband connection on 5 Dec 2014 to Airtel sales executive person, Dhanasekar( Mob[protected]. He came to our house and collected required documents. We also gave Rs.1000 as advance as requested by him. He promised that within a day he would give broadband connection but since then he did not attend any calls till now and we did not get the broadband connection yet. When I contacted customer care, they have been telling that the executive will call back and arrange connection as needed. But he never called after Dec 5. Kindly help me getting the connection and take action against him.
