I own a Captiva, I usually give it for service with Trident Chevy service centers. This is not one of the case, since consistently Trident is failing to give at least required level of service, I have to raise this with Frustration.
Every time I give it for service, some or other problem INTRODUCED, forget about clearing existing issue.
For ex, once Adviser advised me to get doors oiled, but after service, it started making noise which was OK before service. After one more round of service, I can still hear those noise.
Next time, they gave my vehicle after service without even tightening screws of my front wheel, I drove almost 30 KMs with huge noise started coming and it would have been BIG disaster if I didn't notice. Such a careless service.
Washing is NEVER a good experience, I can wash better than whatever quality they give after service wash.
Even after complaining all these, after service feedback call, apart from SORRY, we dont see any serious actions or follow ups done on these complaints.
VERY pathetic and always scared to give my car to service to these guys, they spoiled my car after paying such a high value to my car, I would have owned better cars with same price. Was this information helpful? |
