My car is lying with balaji motors thane from 7th february due to engine heating problem.1st they charged me rs 5003... The date was 07.02.2019 again for the same issue and also they told me there is problem in the ac and charged me rs 10327 on 20.02.2019. As i have taken the delivery of the car... Again there was the same issue so i took the car back to the balaji motors and the issued job card on the same date stating that ac and fan is not working. And the service advisor was mr nilesh and for around 1 month my car is lying there. Just tell me what should i do? They have written that the customer has complained that fan and ac is not working but they checked and told me that fan and a is not working."they told me that the parts of the car are not available because of the back order... It is not there with me company and you can take the car back. I have done a big mistake that i have purchased this car". The complaint mumber is 4/[protected]. Was this information helpful? |
