Chidiyaa — Irresponsibly denied my payment and after providing enough proof of same now denying refund | |||
I paid 4, 100 inr (Including rs.500 for international shipping - chidiyaa.com) dress in march 2017 and requested to hold the delivery until i get a local (Indian) address as it was expensive to deliver it to my place. However paid together with the shipping charges. Aftet 2 months, when i wanted the dress delivered, they r not responding clearly. After 3 days of reminder to reply to my inquiry they denied my payment. Then i sent the electronic invoice and paytm advice on receipt of such payment made... They accept that the payment been made but the dress is not available. Im constantly asking them about the refund... But no response at all. I have written a very bad review on their facebook review note and asking for my refund, they are still not responding. They could have easily denied my complaint if i was wrong. I have all proof of sending the messages and their response on denying my payment and later accepting it and going quiet on refund. It looks like a decent people running the business but its pathetic how irresponsible they are on customers money they have accepted promising a product in return. Was this information helpful? | |||
