Chintaless Nagrik — fraud unsafe agency | |||||
We were harassed for speaking up on this agency we sought help from. History our multiple criminal case is under all higher commissions now with all orders for action. it is an established case. Multiple criminal case involving multiple people. One associated on case is a woman so we thought to file a complaint on our own. We tried to file a police complaint in gujarat & mumbai since sept 2018. Our complaint and evidence was sent to many departments and it was confusing. We took the help of an agency chintaless nagrik in november 2018. We paid money. We had a ready detailed complaint. We had list of contacts case numbers. We had all evidence in albums. They never sent a complaint till jan 2019. It was a horrible one which showed they don't care. There is evidence as shown us wanting to withdraw case from this agency. Finally in february end we realised they never contacted any of our contacts and it was a mess. March first week we spoke up firmly. Then they started threatening us which is really horrible. After that we never hear from them. dealing with law enforcement as it is is difficult there but we worked so hard on our case going on 2 years. We reached top offices and this agency damaged our case here which is straightforward easy case. Mr umang agarwal mr karnav shah both were unethical & openly acted in a poor manner. We can't have this agency ruining our case. We waited months and now speaking out. Money is not issue but that money could go to some poor person not some fraud agency. We want to make this known. They said they would take care and they never did furthermore they are harassing one who was patient for 6 months now. They also stated they will call directly to other person who is involved with criminal harassment. This was highly unprofessional. That is for police to do with their help. The bank institution & Others also took out complaint with Evidence as we have too much They would have cleared their mess but they harass us If this continues we need to take this more serious Thanks  | |||||

This agency Chintaless Nagrik just posted sensitive case details online which is serious. They keep denying lying and blaming which is totally uncalled for. Victims privacy was utmost importance and everyone involved respected that. We can file here and make this known as they damaged a clear cut case after taking money they acted poorly. This is noway how a true nonprofit acts and we will also act accordingly. They also use big words to harass so this means their agency is built on this using some names.

Please update the receipt if you have made a payment to us and bring the person forward if he or she has taken Support from us, we would be happy to assist.

I read this post. I think ChintalessNagrik is fearless NGO and most of the time person from this NGO faces threat and negative rating from the people who are culprit.
I know i filed a complaint against one person in Chennai who were blackmailing me on email, after ChintalessNagrik assistance and police help, thay person stopped criminal activities and asked apologies but he and his friends rated ChintalessNagrik negatively..
This is the cost good ngo like ChintalessNagrik pays for being good. But they never work for money therefore they are not business but an NGO.
They are 500+ volunteer on Facebook too. Most of Support is free too.
Kudos to karnav shah and ChintalessNagrik.

ChintalessNagrik is best and i think only NGO in india helps citizen protect their right. I lost 1 lakh in Bitcoin but with their immediate help and guidance, i recovered full money. I am a student and I could not pay them a charge, but still they were fine with it. I am never going to invest in Bitcoin and really appreciate man like karnav shah from this NGO.
This is best NGO. I mostly follow their child right project, but i have personal experience with karnav shah and team of NGO, they are great. 80% team member works without Salary and they have own job or business. I read above negative contact and approach NGO with questions, they shown police information with me that the complaint above is wrongful and made for abuse so ChintalessNagrik stops doing good work. No evidence or link ever posted against NGO, but they are abusing person life of founder too which is bad.
I can't do much except sharing my experience and view. Great NGO and they have few leading institution working with then. ChintalessNagrik is kind of projects that work on serious cases like fraud, rape and cheating and opposite party more likely to rate them negative. I think there are no risks to get in touch with them and to be a part of this NGO to get noble Support. You don't have to pay them always.
