Hello sir/ ma'am The company name choice chemtech pvt ltd, located in noida sec -63 is doing fraud business with FRESHERS Engineers. Company sent ads on sites like naukri.com, shine.com and ask freshersn to come for interview. At interview they take a silly test and tell the candidate that they will inform later. On the next day they will send the mail to candiudate that he/she has been selected for the post of PRODUCTION ENGINEER or Electronics engineer and the pay would be Rs 15, 000, but a acandidate has to submit some fees as a training or workshop fees to their office name GENIOUS TEL SERVICES PVT LTD.(SAME GUY WHO DO hr BUSINESS FOR CHOICE CHEMTECH) And the fees too vary from candidate to candidate some is charged Rs 15, 000, some Rs 10, 000 some 12, 000 or 7, 000. On arrival at office for document verification they say that after a training period of15-20 days, candidate would be placed in choice chemtech and the pay would be Rs 6, 000 for six month and after 6 months the pay would Rs 15, 000. After the candidate pay the workshop fees, he/she goes throgh a training session of 20 or 25 days in which he/she just taught some crass course type stuff of which he/she has a detail knowledge. After 15 to 20 days passed, they take students to production manager and he take interview again of candidate. After interview candidate is said the pay would be not 15, 000, . Pay would be Rs 6000 if he/she works for 10 hours and after 6 months the salary would be between 8, 000- 15, 000 based upon the performance of the student. They simply cheat the students, take large sum in name of workshop and when times comes to pay they pay only 6, 000 And above that the engineers are made to sit with labours and ask them to do labour work, Even labour pay scale is around 8, 000. They are just using engineers to do labour work and that too at low wage. Please do take action against this company. The company is cheating and cheated many. Waiting for your reply and action... Looks like Mr. Jp das is one of those, who have not actually worked in this company, I have worked and found the environment very competitive, and yes the work is of production, but we have to learn the basics first.
I also agree the salary is a bit low, but the company has not called us, we went to the company, its not right to blame the company.
i had a wonderful experience at choice, therefore it hurts me to see bad publicity of the company.

If company are discuss all things to you before joining. After that find same process like before. So what is wrong in it? If company got money and doesn't give job so It may be froud. Other wise not.
Oh my gosh, the engineers beg you for job and experience certificates, by the way its you who keep posting ads in different sites now and then for attracting engineers to your company. You make them do labor work. You don't provide them in time the joining letter, no payments on time, you really think you provide employee id like stuff. Its a really big joke when you ask now...
More over you close the main gates and force everyone labor and engineers to do labor work in order to complete your greedy demands. There is no one who got placed in company according to his/her merits it just you who sucks money from candidates in name of job and labor work. One of the topmost fake company is choice chemtec and they don't have any payslip and id cards for any employee.They are doing fraud with the help of ankit who is the hr of this company.pls don't join this company.otherwise your carrier will be spoil.

Earlier my friend went to this fraud factory, they asked him to pay rs.8, 000 for the job of labour in the name of engineer, and after giving 8, 000 he found that, he had to do the job of labour, fraudester like you is ruining the career of indian youth, it will not be tolerated, stop cheating, stop corruption, i think govt must stop these fraudester company, i don't when govt will notice these cheater.

I worked in choice for around 3-4 months, .Being a Btech in electronics, i was allowed to do a labour job in this company such as mounting of components in PCB's, cleaning PCB's, making packing boxes for pcb's, etc etc. Moreover there was a guy named [censored]et Tiwari(1st name changed a bit), who frequently make roam here and there to collect samples, purchasing components from Lajpat Rai Market.Worst part is that, he give list of components which is not readily available in the market, so in search of it have to move here and there. during my tentative period, i saw many engineers who do the same regular labour work as me, in the name of placement they gave consultancy charges ranging from[protected] so after investing so much money they were compelled to do that job . It is the technique to complete their work with engineers at Rs 4500 per month+overtime. So please dont join this company, it will only spoil your life and your skills.

I am requesting all student who wants to make carrier in Electronics filed please do not go
in this company, AFTER 6 month you will be in same place .
They need a labor for company, and B.TECH and diploma is best option for them.
they very well know that these people can do these job, so all the time they prefer
freshers, bczz they know no Experience candidate will join hear.
And labor is also demand more then that salary.
so please try any where but not join here .

saale madhar chod hai ye choice vale. i request every body bhai paisa hai too bhikhari ko daan kar do par in saalo chooro ko mat dena. ye bhikhari se bhi batar hai, inke pass koi kaam nahi hai bass hamari job need ko hamari majboori samjhte hai.

The job placement depends on the merits of candidate . The fresher engineers who approach us simply beg to get the experience certificate and when they come join they do not know even preliminary electronics. If anyone who has left and has been treated badly, should come to management.
The company never force anyone to pay anything towards placement . This is absolute ridiculous .
There are candidates who after gaining experience from choice are working at Middle level and senior level .
