You know very well my cousin has taken vehicle loan policy of his vehicle ape bearing no. mh-20-ct-3412. your staff or suryer mr. shelke at aurangabad office demanded rs.15, 000/- for settlement of claim, which was denied by my brother. subsequently mr. shlke played mischip and claim was repudiated. my brother has loged complaint in district consumer reddressal forum at aurangabad vide complaint no.14/317 against the directors, such as. s. s. gopallrathnam, mr. s. b. mathur, mr. v velayam, and local branch head at aurangabad.in the said complaint the hon'ble court is directed you to remain present on 11.09.2014 and filed say. otherwise complaint will be dicided exparte. the summonse have been served upon the company on his e-mail address as well as facebook.
