Hi team, I have not requested for any loan from Chola Invest Fin. Even then a cibil entry was made on my account with 6Lakhs loan and with pending amount. I want to know if 6 lakhs rupees is sent to my account please share the details of my proofs I submitted and confirmation from your end how you transferred amount to my account. Overall I neither applied for any loan from your bank not got any funds from you. Same case happened with me. There is a wrong entry in my cibil for an amount of Rs.16000 and showing one EMI is overdue since 30.09.22.
Later when I raised a complaint they manipulated the loan sanction letter. Also two nos.of loan enquiries on same day. Still fighting...
