Christian Medical College — non receipt of medical reports

My medical i'd is 694049h have visited hospital christina medical college on 12th aug 2019 and got myself checked and got few blood tests done..
Still waiting for my reports... I have written multiple mails to the dermatology department where i got myself checked and the director of the hospital also...

But still waiting for my blood reports and biopsy report.
