Christian Medical College — not getting detail discharge summary

Hospital no. 576227-g

I am requesting for detail discharge summary in my postal address again and again from last 15days as the document is required for insurance claim. But, i didn't get that document yet.

It is a matter of 30 thousand rupees and that amount is very much big amount to me. I am in extreme distress since last few days.

I am sending mails and calling to your customer care everyday to get that document. But didn't get any proper response yet.

Why is it so? This is not at par the standard to a reputed hospital like cmc.

If you need any identity proof, let me know, i will submit that.
