Dear concern This is to bring into your notice that we have visited your esteemed hospital today and we are feeling very sad to complain about one of the doctor in genetic lab named doctor swati. She is very rude to patient may be she was in hurry when we requested her for scan but she should polite in words and specially when patient in front is someone who is literate, gentle and polite. One can't accept rude behavior in professional hospitals like cmc if it is about esi or some medical office than its ok but the people visiting in your great organisation are some sophisticated and polite and staff should take care of.. Moving the files and giving priority seems to be the pet practice. Staff threatening to move the file down and sending last is not acceptable. It is best to keeps this attitude at home. Not sure this this treatment will help the service or not.
