Christmastreeshops.in — Broken material, and no response to complaints

I ordered a Christmas Tree via Order # #[protected]placed on 3 December 2015 18:19:08 IST) at ChristmasTreeShops.in and it was delivered on 13th December in completely broken form. I tried calling their Customer Service at +[protected], and absolutely NO Response. I wrote to their Sales and Order Support email addresses at and [protected]@christmastreeshops.in and got no replies. I finally received an email from Nancy Thomas (Customer care Head) on 22nd Dec and she asked me to share Images, that i did with my Response email. These images are attached below. Since this email, again no Reply after multiple email. I need my refund, and would like this Vendor to be blacklisted by all possible. Sanjay
