Lack of service

Received wrong watch on 3/10/15 .
made complain but not resolved. Asked them to make me talk to senior but no response.
why short term websites are given permission for registeration and harassing customers?
Have asked them to refund the money or send the right product 1st but they arent. Not trustworthy due to lack of service and behaviour of the team....
