Chupchaplelo — Combo of samsung 20000mah power bank with 3 port usb smart charger hub

I purchased “combo of samsung 20000mah power bank with 3 port usb smart charger hub” form this portal which was delivered to me on[protected].

After receiving i realized it is a fake product. Product capacity should be 20000mah but it looks like only 1000mah.
I can’t even use it for my samsung s2 mobile(1600mah).

I looked into product review available in the site, other buyers also experienced the same.

Product doesn’t have any make, model, serial number .

I talked to samsung customer care and they denied it as samsung product.

Immediately i lodge a complain to chupchapleo customer care, unfortunately they replied with, the product is lying under no warranty and no guarantee so they could't help.

They simply cheated me, i paid money but received a fake duplicate product.
