Chupchaplelo — Nike shoes ordered but received fake products

Order a pair of NIKE shoes under order reference OID 300266 dated 26.3.2016, but received a pair of shoes with a Logo similar to NIKE but it is fake.
The amount paid was Rs 1299 and the company now says that the refund cannot be made.
Supplying fake products and then not refunding the money??
