Chupchaplelo — Wrong product received with bad quality

I placed an order, Pack of 3 Casual wear Men's Chinos, from Chupchaplelo.com with the order no OID303206. The product i have received from them is not what was shown in the add posted on facebook. Moreover the I have ordered the size 32 but the received 36 size.
I have been trying to follow up with them but no one is answering my call. They put me hold for 10 to 15 minute.

Every-time they send me an email " kindly show the images of product size number how you get wrong product we will verify."
I have already emailed them the picture of the product.
