Dear Sir

I have sent my review and sent mail also regarding the poor service of your company which I am reproducing once again, hoping that at least now the management suitable action with out remainder.

I have received ordered stock of comboo pack of 3 shirts linen, yellow, white and black of size 40

Now please be informed that when I opened the pack I was surprised to note that The pack contained as above wherein it should have been yellow, white and pink and I have ordered for 42 size which is one size bigger than the above 40 size

I have sent three mail through your review coloum, but till now no response from your company which is termed as poor service and not bothered attitude .

One lady staff claiming from your office spoke, call disconnected in between and trying from this end number of times invain call could not be connected neither I received call once again she was narrating that you received legal notice and you are going retrurn my amount.(mobile number from which I received call [protected]

she also said that in a day two your rep will reach my place to collected the package as per procedure andonce you receive the stock you willarrangeto pay me

Now you need to authenticate the mobile number and action to be taken on priority.
FURTHER i WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN STATION FROM 23RD TO 27TH OF APRIL This was purchased on cash on delivery basis

Now you need to send your rep before 23rd or after 27th april only.

You have not bothered to ack the complaint also absolutely poor service
