[Resolved] CIBIL — deficiency in service | |||
I paid 1200 rupees as annual charges for cibil report. It is mentioned that i would be getting 4 free reports (One report in every quarter) in a year. However, till now i have received only one report since march. I paid on 1st of march 2017. I raised a complaint through their help line after a lot of difficulty. However, it has not been redressed yet. There is a lot of errors in my cibil report and i feel helpless as there is no one to short it out as the organisation itself is very lackadaisical. Now their help line is not working as the electronic voice tells that no input has been selected even after selecting "1" for english language. We have two loan A/c No. In these we have repaid all the amount and we have no dues. Still these dues amounts are showing in my cibil report. I’m attaching the NOC’s given by bank related to these A/cs . It is an humble request to rectify these A/cs ASAP.
