[Resolved]  Cigna TTK Health Insurance — annual health checkup

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had a telephonic conversation on 14.02.2018 with customer care regarding annual health checkup, and they assured that they would complete it by 24 hours. But we didn't hear anything from them.
Again i called on 16.02.2018 and they assured that this time it would be done, but till now we didn't hear anything from them.
Please look into the matter and resolve the issue for annual health checkup.
