I have purchased a policy from cignattk.
My son got admitted in the hospital in 27 september 2018.
He was admitted for dengue fever.
He was there for 6 days.
Now they are rejecting the case by saying manipulation done but they are not justifying it. I raised a query to cigna ttk grievances department for concern but not getting a proper response even customer care people not providing information.
Again and again they saying the same things but nobody justifying it. Because i submitted the same documents which i got from the hospital even i visited in the hospital and verified all documents doctors said it is the same which we given to you. I asked them to please send your executive to the hospital and clear it from there but neither they sending it nor justifying it.
This is like harrasment for me you people continuously torchuring to me.
I want to asked you one thing if you were there on my place and i would have given the same reason without showing or justifying it will be acceptable to you?
This is very poor service and like fooling your customer. Please solve my problem. I shall be thankful to you.
Please justify it or give my money back
