[Resolved]  Cigna TTK Health Insurance — false promise on addition of my son name in insurance policy

Hi, i hold a policy no 10010000XXXX, i want to include my son name into the policy. Cigna TTK reject to add, but agreed that dependent can be added at any time while taking the policy. Cigna Sales agent has provided false information.

Because of it, i could not utilize the policy for my son. I would request to provide refund of my premium Amount back.
