[Resolved] Cigna TTK Health Insurance — fraud insurance company, false statement false commitment | |
Made false commitment at the time of availing policy. I have availed cashless mediclaim facility and even after providing all relevant documents from my cash less claim is delayed. Every new customer care representative conveys it takes only 90 min but it gets extended by another 2hrs and the story goes on. I am waiting at hospital for my claim to get approved, but it keeps on delaying and now it is more than 6 hrs... Pathetic service, no response, no resolution.. Worst company. No trust at all. It has previously also declined one of my family members claim and that is all because it’s representative have false commitment. All because of this insurance policy we are suffering.
