Would like to inform you that the reimbursement claim of suman sisodiya (Claim no[protected] is being rejected for a reason that the patient was suffering from breast cancer from past 3 year, but their is no past history of cancer which is clearly mentioned in the clarification letter by the doctor in which the cancer is first diagnosed on 29/3/19.

The customer was not in a condition to pay all the chemotherapy bills. Please consider the letter of doctor & help him to take the treatment.

So, please reconsider the claim & approve the amount.
