I tried to book 3 tickets for movie ghanchakkar on 29th of june 2013 at 8:20 pm, but the webpage showed transaction failed. So i booked the tickets again with a different card. Later on I realized that deduction was made from both my bank accounts i.e. I had been charged twice for same tickets. I thought the refund process will be there, but to my disappointment there was none. I had also submitted feedback but no response was there from wave cinemas.
