I have booked a ticket no 029395 exec-b4 date 11/12/2017 invoice no 137985 trans i'd 6647553 screen 1 timemonday 3.30pm and i was not given any token for my baggage which have lot important thing. This was a worse experience. Your senior person who was handling mumbai was there and he said this kind of baggage facility we don't have in entire india. For enquiry u can check cctv footage. I just loss 118 rs but u people have loss a creditability to serve a customer. Next time i don't visit cinemacx. Worst house keeping and AC also not working.
Cinemax took rs.1600.00 ( 10 tickets)
Also not responding there staff.
I want my reimburesement of all my money.pls take action on them.
