I was sold 2 tickets online for show at screen 3, at 8.00 pm show on 30.03.18 at cinemax, city-centre, raipur. During my visit to theatre ac was out of order for full movie period. Written compleat is also lodged at your site register. Kindly arrange to make refund of following expenses. Rs.320.00 for ticket+ rs.46.00 booking charges+ rs.30.00 car stand+ rd.400.00 snacks. I just seated in regimental mall cinemax, in nashik near to Nashik road railway staion, , its not good service .. i mnstill in cinema hall and stop acs..

On 28th July I booked 2 seats D11 and 12 screen 1 in cinemax which is in nasik city center mall for Mission impossible fallout and they started the show 5 to 10 min before show timing which is just not done so I need my money back
