I booked 5 tickets for a movie at cinepolis acropolis mall kolkata through www.cinepolis.com/india...but received no booking id in e mail or mobile, but amount was debited from my account...when we went there they said no tickets were booked by my name so we had to purchase the tickets again across the counter...they promised that the money would be refunded within 7 days but not yet received it.transaction details are given below: A)date of purchase:21.03.17 B)ticket for badrinath ki dulhania at 1:50pm on 22nd march.
