[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount debited but ticket not booked for the show

Hi team,
I was trying to book 4 tickets for the movie "tik tik tik" on 29th june 2018 for 30th june 2018 morning show 10:30 am and when i get into the payment gateway, the transaction has been failed, hence the ticket was not booked, but i got the alert message saying that the amount of rs. 700 has been debited from my account. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.
