[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount debited but ticket not generated | |
I have advance purchase 2 (Two) movie tickets dated for 15.08.2018 but amount debited my account of rs. 560/- till now no booking ticket confirmation received from your end. Already sms confirmation provided by bank - thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For cinepolis india private l transaction of rs. 560.0 from a/c ending 1981 on 14-aug-18 at 13:18 is igaedszid0. I have attached bank mini statement for debit confirmation. Kindly send me my ticket as soon as possible. Please see the attached mini statement.
