[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount debited but tickets not booked. amount is not refunded back

Description = i had one failed transaction through cinepolis website on 18 apr 2018
For movie rampage (Transaction reference -
[protected]igadiybku2) but money is deducted through
Account and still not refunded in my account. Its been more than a month and cinepolis didn't even care to respond to the complaint.
