Cinepolis India — amount debited but tickets not booked

I have booked tickets worth rs 490 from cinepolis.com (Official website) on 7oct 9pm show of war movie but amount was debited and i had no confirmation of tickets on my orders or on sms, i have contacted the respective cinema they also deny my bookings. I have also done e mail cinepolis but no response from them. As i have done my payment through phone pe ihave also informed about the problem but they say that your merchandise has accepted the payment. Help me out this is the problem from cinepolis side

I booked 9movie tickets for the movie War at 11pm (Db mall, Bhopal) I paid online and when I went there they said your tickets aren't confirmed. My tickets didn't get confirmed and 2740 were deducted from my account. How to get the money back, to whom can I contact?
