Cinepolis India — amount debited but tickets not booked | |||
I have booked tickets worth rs 490 from cinepolis.com (Official website) on 7oct 9pm show of war movie but amount was debited and i had no confirmation of tickets on my orders or on sms, i have contacted the respective cinema they also deny my bookings. I have also done e mail cinepolis but no response from them. As i have done my payment through phone pe ihave also informed about the problem but they say that your merchandise has accepted the payment.
