[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount debited ticket not booked | |||||
Hello! Yesterday i tried to book tickets for padhmaavat at cinepolis lake mall for the 5pm show. The amount of 1020rs is debited from my account. However the tickets weren't booked. I want to get a refund as soon as possible. This is very unprofessional behaviour from such a big site. I am a student and don't have ample money to book tickets number of times.
