[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — amount deducted but no tickets generated

Address:Bestech mall, Sector 66, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 16006, 160059

I tried booking 5 tickets for sufna movie in bestech square mohali on 29th of february 2020. Deduction of inr 1000 has been done but i haven't received any confirmation. I waited for more than am hour looking at my phone and email for a notification but nothing showed up. I end up dropping the plan as i didn't had tickets. I am very upset and frustrated. Transaction was made through google pay at 9:17 pm. Initiate the refund asap. Contact me on [protected] / [protected]@gmail.com.
