[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Amount deducted but site says transaction failed and no ticket provided | |||||
Hi Sir, I tried 3 times to book movie ticket on site http://www.cinepolisindia.com/ on 24th March for Movie 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' for cinema hall 'Royal Minaxi mall Cinema' for show time 1:20 PM on 26th March with email ID [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected], resulting in 2 times deduction of Rs 968.72 from my ICICI bank account and one time deduction of Rs 1068.72 from my paytm account of mobile number [protected]. The final message was "sorry payment is not successful and I didn't get any ticket all 3 times. Could you please look into is and arrange to refund all 3 time deductions.
