[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount deducted from bhim upi and tickets not generated | |||
Dear sir/madam, On feb 12, 2020 at 3:51 pm, i made a transaction no.[protected] via bhim upi app. The amount 600 got deducted from my account and was successfully credited to merchant account. However, i did not receive the movie tickets. I was booking for feb 14 10 am show at cinepolis saket for movie love aaj kal. At 3:54 pm i made another transaction[protected] for booking the same movie tickets. This time it got successful and i was able to get 2 movie tickets.
