[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount deducted from credit card but tickets not booked | |||
Hello sir/madam, I have tried to book two tickets at www.cinepolisindia.com/ on sunday 07th jan 2018 morning for tiger zinda hai 06;15 pm sunday 07th jan 2018 show in cinepolis orion east mall banaswadi, bangalore. I have used yes bank credit card for the booking and total booking amount was rs. 300/-. After completing all the steps while doing the payment at the end it came as "transaction got unsuccessful". But amount was deducted from credit card and tickets were not booked. I thought it will be refunded back to credit card but when today i have checked with yes bank customer care i got to know that amount has been claimed by the cinepolis and at the yes bank end it is a successful transaction. This is highly unprofessional service at your end. If your website is not able to cater ticketing service please stop that and don't trouble customers. Please look into the above issue and refund back my amount otherwise i have to take strict actions against you.
