[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount deducted twice of rs 590 | |||
On 16th dec i have booked 2 tickets from cinepolis site. After making payment instead of acknowledgement for booking again the page came back for payment. Since i have not received any acknowledgement for booking and balance deduction from paytm. Again i made the payment. After second payment i have received two mails from cinepolis with same details. The details are txn no. 2393755, booking no. 1752632. I have contacted paytm for refund but they adviced to contact cinepolis as payment from their end is successful. I have contacted cinepolis on 15th itself but till now i have not received any communication from their end. Mail id [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
